Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 cups pizza sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Make dough, let rise 30 minutes or more. Spread on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Spread pizza sauce
  4. Add toppings, add cheese. Can make ahead of time, cover with foil or wrap and put in fridge for a few hours
  5. Bake for 20 or so minutes(til cheese is melted and starts to brown) at 350 degrees.
