Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown sausage in skillet and drain.
  2. With 2 of the packets of laughing cow cheese, rub the pizza crust, making sure the get the edges.
  3. Spoon half the salsa and spread evenly on crust.
  4. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
  5. Add the sausage, 1/2 the onion and 1/2 the green pepper.
  6. Sprinkle with 1 cup of pepper jack cheese.
  7. Bake in oven on 375 until crust is golden brown and all cheese is melted.
