  1. Preheat oven to 400°F Spray 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain excess fat. Stir in pizza sauce. Remove from heat, and set aside.
  2. Cut biscuits into quarters, and place in the bottom of baking dish. Spread meat mixture evenly over the biscuits. If you have other toppings to add (i.e., pepperoni, Canadian bacon, onion, olives and mushrooms, etc) do so at this time.
  3. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle top with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
