Ingredients:

  • 2 oz coleman's dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup malt vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix vinegar and dry mustard and let sit several hours or overnight.
  2. In a double boiler, mix mustard/vinegar and sugar.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
  4. Cook, stirring often, until thickened.
  5. Store in refridgerater.
