Homemade Mustard

I got this recipe from my mom, who got it from my sister-in-law. It's spicy, sweet and very good.
Ingredients:
2 ounces coleman's dry mustard
1/2 cup malt vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
Directions:
1. Mix vinegar and dry mustard and let sit several hours or overnight.
2. In a double boiler, mix mustard/vinegar and sugar.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
4. Cook, stirring often, until thickened.
5. Store in refridgerater.
