Ingredients:

  • 1 can pillsbury roll-out pizza dough
  • 18 slice pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesean (optional)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (optional)

Directions:

  1. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 6 rectangles. Dot each rectangle with sauce. Add three pepperoni slices and a few teaspoons of cheese. Don't overfill. Fold over dough and seal edges by crimping with a fork. Bake on a baking sheet at 350 until golden brown (15-30 minutes). If desired, brush with oil and sprinkle with parmesean partway through cooking.
  2. When finished, cool completely. Wrap tightly in saran wrap and freeze inside a gallon ziploc bag. Easily make several batches. Keep up to three months.
