Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 medium apple, grated

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. I like to leave it overnight in a sealed bowl.
