Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. To Coddle Egg: (lightly poach to pasteurize).
  2. Heat pot of water on stove to just about boiling.
  3. Break egg into pot and let cook for one minute.
  4. Remove with slotted spoon and put directly into blender.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients into blender. (note: egg should be quite raw when it comes out).
  6. Blend.
  7. Chill.
  8. Serve.
