Ingredients:

  • 4 -5 large potatoes
  • 2 tsp oil

Directions:

  1. Peel and cube potatoes.
  2. Cook in oil in covered skillet, turning often, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove cover and continue cooking until well browned and slightly crisped.
