Ingredients:

  • 100 lbs pork
  • 7 1/2 lbs salt
  • 2 1/2 lbs sugar
  • 2 oz saltpeter

Directions:

  1. Apply to meat every 3 days for three applications.
  2. The third time pack the meat down or it can be hung up.
