Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Allow the 2 crusts set to room temp
  2. Heat oven to 375'
  3. Place a cookie sheet in oven to heat
  4. Press 1 crust into a 10 deep dish pie pan
  5. Bring crust up sides of pan
  6. Layer the ingredients:
  7. 1/2 cheese
  8. 1/2 ham
  9. 1/2 potatoes
  10. 1/2 onions
  11. All of spinach
  12. Repeat layering ending with cheese
  13. Add top crust
  14. Pinch to close
  15. Mix egg and water for egg wash
  16. Brush on the crust
  17. Sprinkle with salt/pepper
  18. Set torte on the cookie sheet
  19. Bake at 375'
  20. Til golden brown and filling is thoroughly heated
