Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Steam broccoli for about 7 minutes and transfer to a bowl of ice water.
  3. Mix soup, eggs, mayonnaise, cheese, butter, and pepper in a sauce pan and cook over medium/low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and combined.
  4. Drain broccoli and spread evenly in a greased 9x13 pan. Pour cheese mixture on top. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and bake for 30 minutes.
