Ingredients:

  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 cup asparagus
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup tvp
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce

Directions:

  1. Soak tvp in veggie broth and soy sauce
  2. Sautee onion until translucent
  3. Add mushroom, asparagus and snow peas
  4. Add TVP and spinach
  5. Stir
  6. Add hoisin Sauce.
  7. Serve.
