Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In the morning...
  2. When making coffee, turn oven on to 500 degrees (High altitude cooking)
  3. 45 minutes before serving:
  4. Place 4 Tbsps butter in microwave to melt.
  5. Place apples again in microwave and cook for 5-8 minutes.
  6. Place 4 Tbsps butter in skillets and place in oven to melt.
  7. In bowl, place 9 large eggs and the following:
  8. 4 tsps vanilla extract
  9. 2 Tbsps sugar
  10. 1 1/2 cup Bisquick
  11. 1 1/4 cup juice from apples
  12. 1/4 cup milk
  13. Mix. Take skillets out of oven and spray sides with Pam. Cover bottom of skillets with apples. Cover apples with flour mixture. Cook approximately 30 minutes.
  14. Cut into 8 slices, cover with powdered sugar, and garnish with parsley at edges and middle.
  15. Serve with smoked chicken, turkey and artichoke sausage. Maple syrup.
  16. Note: Use the largest and smallest iron skillets. For 6-8 people just use large skillet and take 1/3 measurements off.
