High Protein Breakfast Bread for Bread Machines

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2/3 cup wheat flour
  • 2/3 cup soy flour
  • 3/4 cup flax seed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN ORDER.
  2. Use water at room temperature.
  3. Dig a hole and add the 2 teaspoons of yeast.
  4. Bury the hole mildly.
  5. SET THE BREADMAKER TO YOUR SWEET CYCLE.
  6. PREPARE THE MIX INS: Sunflower Kernels, Raisins, and Dried Cherries.
  7. WHEN THE TIMER GOES OFF, ADD THEM.
