Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup dry milk
  • 4 tsp packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order written above.
  2. Select Whole Wheat or Basic/White cycle. Use medium or light crust color.
