Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the apples, sugar, lemon rind and hot water.
  2. Cook until apples are tender
  3. Add the wine
  4. Blend the flour and cold water until smooth
  5. Thin with a few Tbsps. of hot sauce
  6. Then mix into the soup
  7. Simmer 5 minutes
  8. Chill and add sour cream before serving.
