Hershey's Light Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 6 tbsp corn oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease 2 8 round cake pans.
  3. In a bowl stir in flour, cocoa and baking soda.
  4. In a saucepan heat corn oil and stir in sugar until melted.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add milk, white vinegar and vanilla extract to mix in saucepan and stir.
  7. Add the dry ingredients then whisk till blended.
  8. Pour evenly into cake pans.
  9. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool.
  11. Fill and frost top.
  12. Refrigerate.
