Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1 samll carton sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup corn meal
  • 1 8 oz can cream style corn
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions:

  1. Mix all, except cheese.
  2. Pour half of the batter in a well greased pan.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over it.
  4. Add other half of bread mix.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  6. Variation:
  7. Fry hamburger meat (1 to 1 1/2 pounds) and drain.
  8. Put on first half of bread mix, then add the cheese, and then the second half of the batter.
