Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl combine yeast and water. Let stand 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
  3. In a small bowl mix milk, butter and egg together.
  4. Combine all the bowls and mix until they combine and form a ball.
  5. Add the cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll out onto floured surface and knead until smooth 1 minute.
  7. Place in a buttered bowl, coating all sides of the ball with butter.
  8. Covered and put in a warm place.
  9. Let rise 30 minutes.
  10. Punch down and form a loaf. put in a buttered loaf pan cover and let sit 30 minutes.
  11. Preheat the oven 350 degrees.
  12. Bake 30-35 minutes.
