Herb Spinach Using Canned Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 15 1/2 oz spinach
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2/3 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 9x13 baking pan, set aside.
  3. Drain spinach, removing excessed moisture.
  4. In a large bowl, combine spinach and the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Cover and bake 20 min.
  6. Uncover and bake an additional 5 min or til set.
