Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. In mixing bowl, combine 1st 5 ingredients and mix well
  3. Add potatoes a few at a time and toss to coat
  4. Put in single layer onto baking sheet
  5. Drizzle with remaining oil mixture
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes, stirring occasionally
  7. Sprinkle with parsley
