Ingredients:

  • 1 cup splenda granular
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream first bowl all together. Gradually mix in second bowl of dry ingredients. Cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
