  • 1 tbsp = 3 tsp or 1/2 oz
  • 1/8th cup = 2 tbsp or 1 oz
  • 1/4 cup = 4 tbsp or 2 oz
  • 1/2 cup = 8 tbsp or 4 oz
  • 2/3 cup = 10 tbsp plus 2 tsp
  • 3/4 cup = 12 tbsp or 6 oz
  • 1 cup = 16 tbsp or 8 oz
  • 2 c ups (8 oz) = 1 u.s. pint
  • 2 pints = 1 qt fluid measurement or 4 cups
  • 4 qt = 1 gallon
  • 4 pecks = 1 bushel

Directions:
