Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add the sour cream, water, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. In a fry pan, melt the butter and do the eggs to the consistency that you like.
  5. Shredded cheese can be added at the almost done point and it will be a little like an omelet.
