  2. Cook On Medium Heat Until Browned, Approximately 6 Minutes.
  3. Stir In Beef Broth, Water, Carrots, Reduce Heat& Simmer For 30.
  4. Add Mushrooms, Potatoes& Cabbage Simmer 30-40 Minutes Until Done.
  5. You Can Omit The Meat If You Choose To& Just Lightly Saute The Garlic& Onions.
