Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Arrange romaine heart quarters on a platter.
  2. Layer sliced tomatoes over the centre& sprinkle with scallions.
  3. Combine dijon, garlic, lemon juice& vinegar in a small bowl.
  4. SLOWLY drizzle in olive oil, whisking CONSTANTLY.
  5. Season to taste.
  6. Drizzle dressing over the salad& sprinkle with parmesan.
