Ingredients:

  • 4 large strawberries
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp rice bran

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and puree for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.
