Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and section grapefruit and oranges.
  2. Peel tangerines and cut into bite sized pieces.
  3. Quarter the strawberries.
  4. In a large bowl combine grapefruit, oranges, tangerines and strawberries.
  5. Add blueberries, kiwi and toss gently.
  6. Finely shred peel from the 2 limes (you should have 1 Tbsp)
  7. Squeeze lime juice (you should have 1/4 cup).
  8. Gently stir lime peel and juice into fruit.
  9. Cover and chill until serving time (about 4 hours would be best for flavours to mingle).
  10. If desired garnish with sprigs of mint and lime wedges.
