Ingredients:

  • 0.5 (7 1/16 oz) can tuna
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar , to taste

Directions:

  1. Empty 1/2 can of tuna into a small bowl and combine with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Place mixture on a bed of baby spinach.
