Ingredients:
0.5 (7 1/16 ounce) can tuna
1/2 cup tomato, diced
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
balsamic vinegar, to taste
1 cup baby spinach
Directions:
1. Empty 1/2 can of tuna into a small bowl and combine with the remaining ingredients.
2. Place mixture on a bed of baby spinach.
