This recipe is from the Jan/Feb. 2008 issue of Health Magazine. Ingredients:
0.5 (7 1/16 ounce) can tuna |
1/2 cup tomato, diced |
1/2 tablespoon olive oil |
balsamic vinegar, to taste |
1 cup baby spinach |
Directions:
1. Empty 1/2 can of tuna into a small bowl and combine with the remaining ingredients. 2. Place mixture on a bed of baby spinach. |
