Hawaiian Spam and Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz spam (1 can)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup shoyu

Directions:

  1. Cut SPAM into strips or diced.
  2. Slice half a round onion and one medium cabbage thinly.
  3. Chop one clove of garlic.
  4. Heat sesame oil in pot.
  5. Add SPAM & all other ingredients.
  6. Cook until cabbage is done.
  7. Serve over rice.
