Ingredients:
baby back ribs
banana leaf
olive oil
sea salt
crushed black pepper
liquid smoke
Directions:
1. remove membrane from ribs.
2. drizzle with evo.
3. add salt.
4. pepper.
5. liquid smoke.
6. wrap in banana leaves.
7. marinate for 3-4 hours.
8. bake 350 in oven for 1 hour.
9. remove banana leaves place on grill 350 for another hour.
10. glaze with bbq sauce while grilling.
