Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place potatoes and green onion in 9 x 13 pan.
  3. In a large saucepan add the soup, butter and cheese.
  4. Heat to medium and stir until butter and cheese are melted and smooth. Remove from heat and add the sour cream.
  5. Stir mixture well. Pour over the potatoes and onions and cover with a layer of the crushed chips.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes until bubbly.
