Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp vinegar
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp butter

Directions:

  1. In med saucepan, mix cornstarch, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add vinegar and water.
  3. Cook and stir until thickened.
  4. Add butter and beets.
  5. Heat through.
