Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Break egg in cup.
  2. Add milk & beat with fork.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder & salt.
  4. Add egg & milk and mix.
  5. Batter will be stiff.
  6. Drop in little pieces on end of spoon into boiling soup.
