Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups cooking oil

Directions:

  1. Combine eggs and milk.
  2. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together and add to egg mix and beat til smooth.
  3. If too thick add milk-if too thin add flour.
  4. Heat oil to about 360 degrees.
  5. Pour 1/2 cup of the batter into a funnel and drizzle into the oil. Form a circle with your drizzles.
  6. Fry until golden brown.
  7. Flip and fry the other side just a bit.
  8. Drain on paper towen and top with powdered sugar to your liking.
