Ingredients:

  • 2 slices canadian bacon
  • 1/2 medium apple , cut into slices

Directions:

  1. Top an 8-inch whole-wheat tortilla with 2 slices Canadian bacon, 1/2 sliced apple, and cheddar cheese.
  2. Roll up and microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until cheese is melted.
