Directions:

  1. ) preheat oven to 400. Coat 2 1/2 - quart baking dish with cooking spray. Cook noodles according to package direction; drain.
  2. ) In large pot heat oil over medium heat . Add onion and and carrot ; cook 2 min. Whisk in four. Remove from heat; gradually whisk in milk.
  3. ) over medium - heat, stirring constantly , 1 min. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese, BBQ salt and cayenne; cook, stirring, just until cheese is melted. Add noodles and ham; toss.
  4. ) Transfer mixture to baking dish; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 25 min . Or until ligthly golden and buddly . Let stand 5 min. Before serving.
