Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place 8 slices bread into large baking dish, buttered side down.
  2. Place 1 slice ham& 1 slice Velveeta on each slice of bread.
  3. Place remaining bread on top.
  4. Mix eggs, milk, mustard& salt.
  5. Pour over bread mixture.
  6. Refrigerate several hours, or overnight.
  7. Before baking, place crushed corn flakes over all- and drizzle with melted butter.
  8. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  9. This also freezes well for a quick make-ahead breakfast!
