Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 lbs ground ham
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground pork
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups tomato soup
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp mustard

Directions:

  1. Sauce ingredients include: 1 can tomoato soup.
  2. 2/3 cups vinegar.
  3. 2 1/2 cups brown sugar.
  4. 1/2 tsp mustard.
  5. Mix meats together, and add eggs,milk, and cracker, and salk and pepper.
  6. Make into cone shape balls.
  7. Freeze on cookie sheets.
  8. Separate into freezing bags.
  9. Take from freezer as nneded.
  10. Bake 1 hour.
  11. 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  12. Baste with sauce during cooking.
  13. Mix ingredients together for sauce.
  14. Pour over ham balls baste once or twice while baking.
