Halibut Baked With Scallion and Worcestershire

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry fish steaks.
  3. Salt and pepper both sides of the fish to taste and put in a greased shallow baking pan.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and worcestershire sauce together and then pour over the fish.
  5. Arrange chopped scallions on top.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley and bake for 25 minutes.
