Guatemalan Sweet Potatoes With Bananas

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Boil sweet potatoes and peel them when tender.
  2. Mash them with bananas.
  3. Season with salt and nutmeg.
  4. Add milk and egg and mix (add more milk if too dry).
  5. Place in a greased 2-quart baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
