Ingredients:

  • 2 package. cream cheese
  • 2 package. buddig corned beef
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. In medium sized mixing bowl, put cream cheese, mayo and lemon juice.
  2. Finely chop onion (only the green part) and add to bowl.
  3. Finely dice meat into little squares and add to bowl.
  4. Mix either with extremely clean hands or with a spoonula (I use my hands, they are the best tool).
  5. On the counter, place two overlapping pieces of saran wrap and place mixture in the center.
  6. Wrap completely and shape into a dome shape, so that it is flat on the bottom and has a nice rounded top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Serve in the middle of a plate surrounded with Ritz Crackers.
  9. Enjoy!
