Grouper with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine pineapple, red onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, green onions, jalapeno, lime juice and cilantro.
  2. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a medium frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium high heat.
  5. Sprinkle grouper with salt and pepper.
  6. Saute grouper for 3 to 4 minutes each side or until fully cooked.
  7. Remove fish from pan, top with pineapple salsa and serve immediately.
