Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Salt & Pepper fish lightly (to taste). Wisk ingredients in large baking dish. Coat fish in marinade, cover in plastic wrap for 1 hour at room temperature. Heat 2 nonstick frying pans, large enough so fish lays flat in each pan. Heat skin side up 1 minute or until golden brown. Flip fish and cover tightly. Lower heat and simmer around 8 minutes or until fully cooked. Pour remaining marinade over fish and simmer 1 minute. Serve hot. Above marinade serves 6 (approx 1/2 lb fish/person).
