Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg hamour fish (grouper)
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp lemon salt
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 3/4 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Chop all ingredients and make ball shape.
  2. Fry till golden.
