Grilled Sweet Potatoes With Chipotle Honey Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat grill to medium.
  2. For sauce: mix honey, chopped chilies and adobo sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. For potatoes: scrub potatoes and cut each one lengthwise into 4 or 5 slices.
  4. Brush both sides with oil.
  5. Place on grill and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Cover and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning once and sprinkling the other side with salt.
  7. Cook until tender.
  8. Remove and place on a platter. Serve with sauce on the side.
