  1. Clean and devein shrimp, slice open along the back.
  2. Thinly slice jalapeño, place inside shrimp.
  3. Wrap each shrimp with 1/2 slice bacon.
  4. Use a toothpick to hold.
  5. Grill and serve with a spicy bbq sauce.
