  1. Marinating the Salmon:Whisk the soy sauce, lemon, lime and orange juice and honey together. Reserve 1 c marinade for service at room temperature. Place salmon in a container with marinade, making sure filets are fully coated. Place covered container i refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Remove salmon from refrigerator and drain off excess marinade before grilling.
  2. Set or build grill to a medium heat. Season filets with a generous amount of Blackened Seasoning. lace salmon on a medium heat hot grill, presentation top-side down first. Close grill and allow it to cook for 4 minutes. Use a spatula underneath and tongs to support one side to carefully flip. the grill mark should be distinct. The sugars in the marinade will cause the fish to darken quickly; this is why high heat cannot be used. Grill for 4 minutes, then give a 1/4 turn. Grill for 4 more minutes for a total cook time of 12 minutes or until flakes easily.
  3. Place on plate and drizzle reserved marinade over top of each filet to glaze. Each salmon can be served on a separate salad plate to capture marinade.
